Contracting entity

Your agreement is with NEUSEEK AI PRIVATE LIMITED (d/b/a StocksChat AI), registered in India (CIN: U62099TZ2025PTC034664), with registered office at 41 B, A B Nagar, Puliyur CF(PO), Karur, Tamil Nadu, India, 639114.

Acceptance

By accessing or using StocksChat AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive content/activity.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
  • No use to build or improve competing models or datasets from outputs.
  • No attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls.

Content ownership

You retain rights to your content. Subject to your settings and applicable law, you grant us a limited license to process content to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of your input data.

Outputs and citations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. Always verify with cited sources. You are responsible for use of outputs.
