This policy applies to our web application, APIs, and related services. It does not apply to third-party services you integrate or to content on external sites we link to.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, organization, and authentication data necessary to create and manage your account.

  • Content data: prompts, messages, attachments, and documents you upload for processing by the service.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service and its reliability.
  • Protect the service (security, abuse prevention, and integrity).

Model and data handling

  • We do not train our foundation models on your prompts or outputs. Where we use third-party models, we request provider no-retention settings when available.
  • Enterprise customers may request dedicated deployments and custom data retention controls via contract.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Enterprise retention and deletion controls can be configured contractually.

Subprocessors

We use vetted subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, storage, monitoring, payments) under data protection agreements. A current list is available upon request. We impose confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this policy and applicable law.

International transfers

Where applicable, we rely on lawful mechanisms for cross-border transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement additional safeguards when required.
